A recovering drug addict and his family has joined together with Brookville Celebrate Recovery to create the “Night of Hope Event.”
Twenty-eight year old Tyler Ross, a Brookville Native, is now two years sober from a prescription drug addiction. Ross and his family say hope is the most important thing you have during a recovery process. He hopes to inspire others to be able to find the strength to recover. The Ross family attributes hope and their faith for the success they had to over come daily struggles recovery brings.
The “Night of Hope” will be held Friday night, at 6:30 p.m. located at the Heritage House in Brookville. Tyler Ross, his father Rick, along with a representative from the drug and alcohol commission will all be guest speakers. There will be music, refreshments, and door prizes.
