The Bloomsburg Fair confiscated money collected for Penn State Thon after canners allegedly collected money in the parking lot of the fair without a permit.
According to PennLive, they were asked to stop collecting, but were caught sometime later canning at the opposite end of the fair.
They were then asked to leave and the money was confiscated.
The fair says they will donate the money to charity.
