Crews in Blair County spent much of Monday morning on scene of a tractor trailer crash.
The accident happened around 6:00 a.m., near mile marker 29 on I-99 Southbound, near the Plank Road exit.
Police say the driver lost control for unknown reasons hit the berm and rolled down the embankment.
The driver was taken to UPMC Altoona for serious injuries.
As of Monday evening, the road was still down to one lane.
