State College Police have identified the driver of a hit and run crash in State College that happened Friday.
A tractor trailer was involved in the incident around 7 a.m. on the corner of West College Avenue and North Atherton Street.
Police said the driver went to turn onto West College Avenue, but hit a light pole and crosswalk signal.
