Interstate 99 Southbound reopened just before 6 p.m. Monday, after a crash backed up traffic in Blair County.
The crash happened in the southbound lanes between the Plank Road and 17th Street exits in Altoona.
Three cars were involved and one caught fire.
One person was taken to the hospital with minor injuries and the driver, who police say caused the crash, was charged.
