A man accused of stealing from a Sykesville dollar store waived his hearing.
Peter Kaplon, 28, Dayton, faces charges including theft by failure to make the required disposition of funds.
The complaint says nearly $7,000 was missing from the Dollar General’s bank account in Reynoldsville from August to October.
Kaplon’s out on $10,000 unsecured bail.
