Dog Wardens will be going around Centre, Cambria, and Somerset Counties this month to make sure all dog owners have current licenses and rabies vaccinations for their dogs.
Under Pennsylvania law, all dogs three months or older must be licensed by Jan.1st of each year.
Additionally, all dogs and non-feral cats must be vaccinated against rabies.
Violators face a maximum fine of $300.
