An Altoona couple is being charged with Child Endangerment after police found a 5-month-old and 2-year-old living in a home littered with garbage and used diapers.
Police discovered the conditions at Brandon Walk and Brooke Lingenfelter’s apartment on Fairway Drive Wednesday.
Trash and insects were found throughout the apartment and police determined the conditions unlivable.
Walk and Lingenfelter are out on bail. A preliminary hearing for both is scheduled for on September 14th.
