Philipsburg, Centre County – State Police in Philipsburg are investigating a theft from a Port Matilda woman’s debit card. Two suspects used the stolen debit card’s information at the Atherton Street Sheetz store on December 10th, 2015. A male and female had four transactions totaling $336.29. The couple purchased cigarettes.
