One person was taken to the hospital after a morning crash Friday.
The crashed happened around 4:30a.m. along Route 764 in Allegheny Township. We’re told there was only one car involved and the driver lost control and drove into a electrical pole- shearing it off.
As emergency crews worked to clear the scene the road had to be shut down for nearly five hours.
There’s no word on the driver’s condition at this time.
