If you’re interested in carrying a concealed weapon, Representative Jesse Topper is set to hold a seminar next month at the American Legion in McConnellsburg.
Topper said the seminar is important because there are a lot of misconceptions about Pennsylvania’s concealed carry laws.
The event will take place March 2 at 6:30 p.m.
