The DuBois area remains under a water conservation warning this morning.
It was first issued a month ago, but the City Manager says the reservoir is now 18-inches below the spillway, and some good soaking rains are still needed.
Back in July residents were ordered to stop all non-essential water use such as washing cars, watering lawns, and filling swimming pools.
