GREENE TOWNSHIP, CLINTON COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) — At approximately 11 p.m. on May, 26 Ellen Confer, 27, Loganton Pa. fell victim to theft by deception of a debit card.
A suspect gained access to her card and made a fraudulent purchase on an Airbnb of $1259.57.
