The City of St. Marys has filed a complaint against a landlord and is seeking thousands of dollars.
The complaint says Land Partners LP owns 188 Center Street, and that twice now, a city zoning officer found an accounting firm operating there without proper permits.
The city is seeking $5,800 for the alleged violations of the zoning ordinance. We went inside but the accounting firm had no comment.
