Police are investigating a case of child endangerment in Bedford County. 

 

Three children, under the age of five, were seen by neighbors running in and out of an apartment along Six Mile Run Road, dressed only in diapers, in below freezing temperatures. 

 

When police arrived at the scene, they said the apartment and living conditions were insufficient and hazardous for the well-being of the children. 

 

Charges have been filed against Ricky Lee Donelson, Jr. and Jessica Williams. 

 

Children and Youth Services are now looking after the children.
