Changes are coming to Penn State’s parking system across campus, including for those short-term visitors of Berkey Creamery.

It’s all a part of a $1.8  million project that will be installed in late summer in the East, HUB and Nittany parking decks.

Users will now need a valid permit or pay the visitor parking fee 24/7. The East deck by the Creamery will also include new short-term parking payment for those without a permit.
