Charges are pending against a driver who crashed his vehicle into a building.
It happened early Friday morning just before 2:30 a.m. along Horner Street in Johnstown.
Police tell us the driver was taken into custody for suspicion of DUI. The driver was not injured.
We’re told the building is vacant.
