Police in Dubois are warning people about a new phone scam, where people call homes asking ‘can you hear me?’
The call is recorded by scammers and if you say yes, your response can be used as proof that you agreed to buy something.
Police want to remind Pennsylvanians that if you ever think you’re getting calls from a scammer, hang up.
