A road in downtown Altoona is shut down after a building started to collapse.
The building located on the 1700 block Margaret Avenue used to be home a martial arts studio.
We’re told the roof recently caved in and Monday morning the walls of the building started to crumble.
Margaret Avenue will be shut down between 19th street and the Norfolk Southern Rail Line that runs past the building.
