One person was killed in a tractor trailer crash early Thursday morning.
Officials at Somerset County Emergency Services tell WTAJ the crash happened in the Westbound lanes of the Pennsylvania Turnpike around 12:20 a.m. The tractor trailer rolled over near mile marker 128, in Berlin.
The tractor trailer caught fire upon impact, and the driver was reportedly trapped inside. The victim’s name has not yet been released.
Pennsylvania State Police is now handling the investigation, along with turnpike officials.
