DUBOIS – A man accused of punching and kicking a police officer waived his rights Friday.
Police say 52-year-old Bob Larson led them on chase from Sykesville to DuBois.
Police hit his car to stop him in the intersection of South Brady Street and Washington Avenue.
Larson is facing charges of aggravated assault, fleeing police and DUI.
