Arrest made after Megan’s Law violation

Police in Huntingdon County arrested James Eugene Johnson, 59, of Huntingdon, after they say he never registered his Facebook account per Megan’s Law.

Upon further investigation, police found that Johnson actually had multiple Facebook accounts that he never registered.

Police searched his Smithfield Township home and arrested him.

Johnson is currently in the Huntingdon County jail on $50,000 bail.
