Alcohol sales across Pennsylvania set several records in 2016.
According to the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board, 2016 saw the highest one-day sale, highest single-month sale and highest sales through the first half of a fiscal year.
The highest sales month was December with Dec. 23 being the highest sales day with an intake of $27.4 million.
