814 Worx is a rentable workspace for individuals or small businesses. Friday, the company’s website will be updated so people can sign up to use the space.
The office will be open 24 hours and include anything you may need to work: desks, chairs, a conference room, whiteboards and high-speed internet.
The founder said more than 30 people and two businesses have said they would like to use the space. He hopes it will eventually become a start-up incubator.
“I want to see something as unique and different as this succeed downtown so it can be an example of what can succeed downtown,” said Ethan Stewart, the founder of 814 Worx.
Once the weather gets warmer, there will be a grand opening event for 814 Worx and all the entrepreneurs and businesses who use the space.
