The Pennsylvania SPCA removed more than two dozen animals from an abandoned residence on Friday in Union Township.
Humane law enforcement officers removed three donkeys, a steer, fourteen chickens, two beagles, four fish and a goat.
The animals were not receiving proper care and some were in need of medical attention.
A neighbor had agreed to provide food and water until December 16th, but the owners never returned.
They are believed to be out of state and are facing charges.
