Rosie Langello

Rosie Langello is thrilled to start her sports reporter career at WTAJ-TV. After spending one year at WBRE/WYOU-TV in Northeastern Pennsylvania as a producer and digital media manager, she cannot wait to taste how the pizza in Central PA compares to NEPA.

Even though she was raised a Philadelphia fan, Rosie is excited to report for Black and Gold Nation, Nittany Nation, college and high school sports. She grew up in Lebanon County playing soccer and field hockey. For many years, Rosie and her family coached the soccer team for Special Olympics, Lebanon County and she loves watching her older sister, Anna, try new sports in Special Olympics.

Rosie attended Bloomsburg University and completed her degree in mass communications. She then attended the graduate program at the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University in Chicago, receiving her masters degree in sports journalism.

When she isn’t reporting, she’s looking to see how well Markelle Fultz’s jump shot is coming along (Trust The Process) listening to Beyoncé, taking boxing classes or enjoying a session of hot yoga. Rosie loves meeting new people, you can reach her through email rlangello@wtajtv.com or follow her on Twitter @rosielangello.
