Mrs. Jackie Paronish was the recipient of the Teacher of the Month Award for October presented by The Allied Milk Producers and WTAJ. She is a first grade teacher at Northern Cambria Elementary School.
Mrs. Paronish and her class did not know she had won and were completely surprised. Not only was it a surprise for them, but for the whole school! It was a fun morning celebrating Mrs. Paronish and learning about dairy farming from the Allied Milk Producers. Not only was Allie-Moo the cow there, but the Cambria County Dairy Princesses.
You could tell that Mrs. Paronish absolutely loves teaching and really cares about her students. Her students and Dr. Tibbotts agree that she was deserving of this award.
Mrs. Paronish was very shocked and grateful for the award. Mrs. Paronish also credits Northern Cambria’s team mentality and how all the teachers work together to have the best learning environment for their students.
