Get outdoors and support our homeless veterans at the VA 2K
The VA 2K is set for Monday, May 16 at Peoples Natural Gas Field in Altoona from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm; you can participate at any time. There is no entry fee, but donations are encouraged for this 1.24 mile non-competitive walk. Â Suggested donations include household goods such as pots & pans, dishes, silverware, cups, towels, sheets and pillows. All proceeds from the event support homeless veterans.
