Turkey phyllo cigars
1 lb ground turkey
Evoo
Brown for 10 minutes
Add 1 sm diced onion
Cook 6 min
Remove from heat immediately add cranberries to rehydrate and garlic
1/3 cup diced dried cranberries
2 cloves minced garlic
Cool add:
1/2 cup toasted pinenuts
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 cup goat or queso fresca cheese
Take phyllo sheet and butter, cut in half , place on top of each other, spread with filling and roll like a cigar. Bake at 350 for 10-12 min
