Encourage your child to read with the help of a furry friend!

Tales with Tails is a program that encourages children to read by providing a non-judgmental listener – a dog! Children who are often nervous and self-conscious about reading aloud often feel relaxed and comfortable when reading to a dog. Started by Jaimie Miller, Tales with Tails is offered at various locations and venues around our region.

Sign up for the next event at the Cambria County Library in Johnstown. Tales for Tails is set for Monday, September 18 from 4:00 until 5:00 pm.
