Thai Chicken Wrap

 

Sauce

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/2 cup coconut milk

2 tablespoons of Thai Chili Sauce

Heat peanut butter, coconut milk, and Thai chili sauce and blend well.

Wrap

2 cups of deli rotisserie chicken, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 bag of broccoli slaw mix

Heat chicken, garlic, and broccoli slaw in a large skillet. Divide mixture onto 6 – 8 wraps/soft tortillas. Top with sauce and roll!
