Roasted Pumpkin Nachos

Spread a large bag of nacho chips on a greased cookie sheet

Top with rinsed and drained 15 oz can black beans, please warm these a bit

Add roasted butternut squash 2 cups (roast butternut squash with salt pepper and olive oil in oven 400 degrees for 25 minutes)

Add cooked squash to cookie sheet pan on top of chips and beans

Add 1/2 jar of warm cheese queso dip and 1/2 jar of warmed salsa

Top with sprinkled shredded cheese and green onions for garnish
