potato cheese soup
6-7 red skinned potatoes not peeled chopped
2 cubes of vegetable broth or 4 chicken broth cubes 4 cups of water
boil potatoes 20 minutes till done
add 2 cans of cheddar cheese soup
1 15 oz can evaporated milk
add some chopped green onions make sure and get soup nice and hot
