French Surprise

1 loaf of French bread hollow out inside of bread removing bread pieces to make a hollow bread leaf, keeping the outside in tact you are going to stuffing your filling back into bread loaf

1 can tomato soup, not diluted

1 can cheddar cheese soup, not diluted

1 lb hamburger meat, browned and not drained

1 8 ounce bag of shredded cheese

Brown your meat; add bread filling into pot and add both cans of soup, mix and stuff all this back into bread loaf.

Top with shredded cheese and wrap in foil. Place in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until nice and hot

Open foil remove; slice French surprise in slices

February 14 is Couples Night for dinner at Sip and Sauté by DeGennaro. They need five couples for Valentine’s Day Dinner which includes four courses and a champagne toast. Dinner is at 6:00 pm and you must register in advance at (814) 201-2355.
