The Shelby Super Snake Cruise-In for Charity & Picnic is set for Saturday, October 2 from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm at Legion Park in Hollidaysburg. Tickets for the car raffle are just $10 and can be purchased online or at the event. The winning Super Snake ticket will be pulled by retired NASCAR Driver Jimmy Spencer at 2:00 pm. There will also be a cruise-in in cooperation with the Blair County Auto Club. Cost is $5 per car; all cars are welcome! (Hot rods, muscle, Classic Customs, Imports, etc.) Enjoy live music from Felix and the Hurricanes and food courtesy of St. Patrick School in Newry. The event is free and open to the public! Proceeds from the event benefit Knights of Columbus Council 4245 and their charities.
