Mental Health & Wellness: We’re in this Together! is set for Thursday, May 12 at the Jaffa Shrine in Altoona. There will be free daytime training for behavioral health and human services profiessionals from 11:00 am until 3:00 pm with lunch provided. Register for the training by calling (412) 454-2177.
There will be a free public vendor fair from 3:30 pm until 8:00 pm. Learn how families can be involved mental health treatment to ensure a better outcome, and there will be a panel discussion on “Engaging Strategies for Families: Activating Clients and Their Support Systems in Behavioral Health Services”
