Ingredients:

 

16 oz Jumbo Lump Crab Meat

1 egg

½ cup mayonnaise

½ cup Italian bread crumbs

1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning

¼ tsp Fine Herbs

¼ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp Dijon mustard

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon unsalted butter

 

Yields:

 

Approximately 6 – 3oz crab cakes
