Jessica Glick of J. Rose Bartending shares some Alex birthday inspired cocktails!
Birthday Suit:
2oz Whipped Vodka
1.5oz Amaretto
1oz White Creme de Cacao
2oz Half and Half
* Rim glass with gold sugar. Shake all ingredients in a shaker over ice, and pour into glass. Sprinkle gold Luster Dust on top
French 27 (or however old Alex is)
2oz Gin
1oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1/4 teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper
1/4c of Simple Syrup or 1c Cotton Candy
2-3oz of Champagne
Shake gin & lemon juice and pour into glass. Places a ball of cotton candy at the top of the glass barely touching the gin in the bottom. Pour the champagne over the cotton candy and watch the magic!
The “A” Game
2oz Blue Curaco
2oz Light Rum
4oz Pineapple Juice
2oz Cream of Coconut
Juice from a Lime Wedge
1/4 teaspoon of Pearl Luster Dust
Shake all ingredients over ice and pour into glass. Garnish with a orange peel, and drop one cube of dry ice in the glass.
