The Homer’s Gap Civic Assocation is an organization dedicated to learning, benevolence and charity. It works to be a place of refuge for community members who may be dealing with tragedy or disaster.

Their yard sale and membership drive will take place on Saturday, October 22 at 8:00 am at the Homer’s Gap Civic Assocation. Tables are available for $10 and all proceeds from food sales and table rentles will benefit the organization. Call Meg Eardley at (814) 932-3883 for more information or to reserve your spot!
The First ever Hallow-Turkey Member Apprciation Dinner is set for Saturday, November 12 from 6:00 pm until 11:00 pm. Bring your favorite covered dish and enjoy a night of dancing. There will also be a hunter safety course on Sunday, November 13 from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm.
