1 Qt Cherry Tomato
2 Ripe Tomato
6oz Clover Creek Farm Alpha Omega Cheese
2 Sprigs of Fresh Oregano
2 oz Red Wine Vinaigrette
Pinch of Maldon Salt

“A Family Tradition” is returning this weekend at the 142nd Annual Centre County Grange Fair!
The 142nd Annual Centre County Grange Fair is set for Friday, August 19 through Saturday, August 27 at Grange Fairgrounds in Centre Hall. Enjoy live music, rides, food, and games. Admission is $20 for a weekly ticket, $7 per day and children 11 and under get in free! Parking is $16 for the week, and $6 per day.
The Celebrity Chef Farm to Table event featuring Liz Hoffner from Revival Kitchen is set for Sunday, August 21 at 9:00 am at the Southside Stage. There will be five chef events during the Grange Fair.
