Fall 2018 Festivals

It’s time for Fall Festivals! Here’s a closer look at some of the events happening in our area!

The 8th Annual Punkin’ Chunkin’ Fall Festival is set for Saturday, October 20 from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm at Bald Eagle State Park in Howard. Check out pumpkins getting launched in the park’s lake, as well as craft and food vendors, a strolling magician, hayrides and more!

The Zombies are coming! Zombietown USA is scheduled for Friday, October 5 and Saturday, October 6 in downtown Altoona.

The Bedford Fall Foliage Festival gets going on Saturday, October 6 and runs through Sunday, October 14 on Saturday and Sunday only. This festival brings more than 400 craft and food vendors, live music, children’s activities and more! Parking is $7 at the Bedford County Fairgrounds and Old Bedford Village with a free shuttle and admission!

The Hollidaysburg Community Partnership presents its Pumpkin Festival on Saturday, October 20 from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm
