Tasty Taco Dip

Ingredients

8 ounces light sour cream

8 ounces light cream cheese, room temperature

1 package taco seasoning

1 cup salsa

14-16 ounce can refried beans (optional)

3 cups iceberg lettuce, chopped

1 ½ cups sharp cheddar

½ cup black olives, chopped (optional)

2 large tomatoes, chopped

Tortilla chips for serving

*You may want additional decorations if assembling a football field layout

Directions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, cream cheese, taco seasoning, salsa and refried beans if using, together until smooth. Spread in the bottom of a 13×9 baking sheet with 1-inch sides. Top with the lettuce, cheddar, olive and tomatoes. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

If assembling a snack stadium, top the bottom creamy bean layer with cheese, tomatoes and olives. Make the lettuce your top layer to resemble grass. Add your favorite accessories, such as sour cream yard lines, cherry tomatoes and olives as players on the field and two goal posts.
