You can see Lauren K at Taste of the Alleghenies on Saturday, February 18 from 11:00 am until 6:00 pm at the Jaffa Shrine in Altoona. The whole event will run Thursday, February 16 through Saturday, February 18 and will feature cooking demonstrations from Adam Richman from the Travel Channel’s Man vs. Food and Secret Eats. There will also be a Taste of the Alleghenies Restaurant Showcase on Thursday, February 16 and a craft beer and wine tasting event.
