Karen Crawford shares her recipe for “Best Of Show” White Chocolate/Chocolate Chip Fudge.

“Best Of Show” White Chocolate/Chocolate Chip Fudge Recipe

Yields: 3 pounds

Ingredients:

2 cups of sugar

1 stick of margarine

1 cup of sour cream

7 oz. . container of marshmallow creme

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

11 oz.  bag of white  chocolate chips

12 oz. bag  of  FROZEN  semi-sweet chocolate chips.

Directions:

Spray 9/13 cake pan with butter spray. Set to side. In saucepan. boil sugar, margarine and sour cream. Stirring constantly. Once it reaches the boiling stage, count 8 minutes. (I use the timer on my phone.) Remove from stove and add white chips, vanilla and marshmallow creme. Stirring till well blended. Take your frozen chips and mix in quickly. Pour in pan and cover with lid. Put in fridge for 4 hours.
