A new way to showcase Huntingdon’s budding art scene is kicking off this Thursday!
Art Walk Huntingdon will run the third Thursday of every month starting on Thursday, September 15 from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm in Downtown Huntingdon. Fourteen businesses have signed on to host arts related events on third Thursdays. The goal of the event is to get the community into arts related businesses and organizations throughout the year. The Art Walk will also provide the opportunity for the community to connect with Juniata College. The Juniata College Museum of Art will have extended hours on third Thursdays.
The September 15 walk will include open mic at Johnny’s Bar, live music by Mark Bluming at Standing Stone Coffee Co., chalk art at the Dollar Store and more!
