Head to Downtown Huntingdon this Thursday for the next Art Walk Huntingdon!

Art Walk Huntingdon runs the third Thursday of every month, and continues this Thursday, April 20 from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm in Downtown Huntingdon. Many local businesses have signed on to host arts related events on third Thursdays. The goal of the event is to get the community into arts related businesses and organizations throughout the year. The Art Walk will also provide the opportunity for the community to connect with Juniata College. The Juniata College Museum of Art will have extended hours on third Thursdays.

The April 20 walk includes a preview for the “Chair”ity Auction at the Huntingdon County Library. The Huntingdon County Library and the Huntingdon County Arts Council will be co-hosting the“Chair”ity Auction featuring chairs painted by local artists at 6:30 pm on Wednesday, May 3. Tickets for the event are $10 with proceeds benefiting the Huntingdon County Library and the Huntingdon County Arts Council. The fundraiser will also include a basket raffle.
