A Christmas Classic is coming to Altoona courtesy of the Altoona Community Theatre!
It’s a Wonderful Life is centered around “Everyman” George Bailey in 1945 in the small town of Bedford Falls, New York. He has given up his dreams of escape and adventure. His despair prompts a guardian angel named Clarence to descend on Christmas Eve to save his soul by showing George just what the world would have been like had he not existed!
It’s a Wonderful Life will run from Thursday, November 16 through Saturday, November 18 at 7:30 pm and on Sunday, November 19 at 2:00 pm at the Mishler Theatre in Altoona. Tickets range from $10 to $17. Get your tickets online, stop by the Mishler Theatre box office from 11:30 am until 5:00 pm weekdays, or call (814) 944-9434! Food donations are also being accepted for the St. Luke’s Episcopal Church Food Pantry.
