4th of July Cocktails

Peter Banasick from Fine Wine and Good Spirits is here to show us how to make some festive 4th of July cocktails.

Find the Recipe for these festive cocktails below:

Star-Spangled Spritzer
·         1 oz. Pinnacle Pineapple Vodka (can substitute with Raspberry, Blueberry, Strawberry Shortcake or Vanilla Vodka)
·         1 oz. DeKuyper Blue Curaçao
·         1 oz. grenadine
·         Club soda
·         Fresh fruit (optional)

Carefully pour ingredients separately into a rocks glass. Add ice and garnish with fruit, if desired.
Blue Lemonade
·         1 oz. Pinnacle Vodka
·         1 oz. Blue Curaçao
·         6 oz. lemonade
·         Watermelon
·         2-inch star cookie cutter
·         Lollipop sticks

Cut watermelon into ¾-inch thick slices. Cut out stars using the star cookie cutter and insert a lollipop stick into the bottom of each one; set aside. Combine first three ingredients in a mason jar or tall glass; stir gently. Garnish with watermelon lollipop.

Americano
·         1 oz. Campari
·         1 oz. sweet Vermouth
·         1 oz. seltzer

Add all ingredients to a rocks glass with ice. Stir. Garnish with a slice of orange.

Red, White & Blue Martini
·         2 oz. Hpnotiq
·         1 oz. Smirnoff Citrus Vodka
·         1 splash lemon-lime soda
·         1 tsp. grenadine
·         3 fresh blueberries

Combine first three ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a martini glass. Slowly pour in grenadine. It will fall to the bottom of the glass, creating a layered effect. Garnish with blueberries.
