Peter Banasick from Fine Wine and Good Spirits is here to show us how to make some festive 4th of July cocktails.

Star-Spangled Spritzer
·         1 oz. Pinnacle Pineapple Vodka (can substitute with Raspberry, Blueberry, Strawberry Shortcake or Vanilla Vodka)
·         1 oz. DeKuyper Blue Curaçao
·         1 oz. grenadine
·         Club soda
·         Fresh fruit (optional)
 
Carefully pour ingredients separately into a rocks glass. Add ice and garnish with fruit, if desired.
Blue Lemonade: 1 oz @pinnaclevodka, 1 oz Blue Curaco, 6 oz Lemonade, watermelon, 2-inch star cookie cutter and lollipop sticks. Cut watermelon into ¾-inch thick slices. Cut out stars using the star cookie cutter and insert a lollipop stick into the bottom of each one; set aside. Combine first three ingredients in a mason jar or tall glass; stir gently. Garnish with watermelon lollipop.
Blue Lemonade
·         1 oz. Pinnacle Vodka
·         1 oz. Blue Curaçao
·         6 oz. lemonade
·         Watermelon
·         2-inch star cookie cutter
·         Lollipop sticks
 
Cut watermelon into ¾-inch thick slices. Cut out stars using the star cookie cutter and insert a lollipop stick into the bottom of each one; set aside. Combine first three ingredients in a mason jar or tall glass; stir gently. Garnish with watermelon lollipop.
 
Americano
·         1 oz. Campari
·         1 oz. sweet Vermouth
·         1 oz. seltzer
 
Add all ingredients to a rocks glass with ice. Stir. Garnish with a slice of orange.
 
Red, White & Blue Martini
·         2 oz. Hpnotiq
·         1 oz. Smirnoff Citrus Vodka
·         1 splash lemon-lime soda
·         1 tsp. grenadine
·         3 fresh blueberries
 
Combine first three ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a martini glass. Slowly pour in grenadine. It will fall to the bottom of the glass, creating a layered effect. Garnish with blueberries.
