Rachel Ray came up with 12 simple tips that’ll help you spend less time in the kitchen this holiday season. Some of those tips including spatchcocking the turkey which means taking out the backbone, cooking a 14-pound turkey in just 2 hours.
Leave potato skins in the mashed potatoes to get rid of that peeling time. Make the dessert in the slow cooker so that you can work on dinner items without taking up oven space and making your side ahead of time.
